I want to know if I may have Form-D in below dealing :

Goods have been exported from Lao to Japan already, and stocked in Japan
without being processed at all.

I, working in Thailand, want to import them from Japan to Thailand.

Since goods are originated from ASEAN nation, is there any possibility
that I may be benefitted with tax exemption, ex. by Form-D ???

I don’t want to import from Lao directly to Thailand as quality not checked there at all.
